Crest Auto Detail is a growing mobile car detailing business servicing Perth’s southern suburbs, specialising in professional interior and exterior detailing, paint correction and ceramic coatings.

About the Role

You’ll initially work alongside the owner, receiving hands-on training in our detailing processes, equipment and quality standards.

As your skills and confidence develop, you’ll have the opportunity to take responsibility for completing mobile detailing jobs independently.

Your responsibilities will include

- Performing professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
- Working on a variety of vehicles, including luxury and enthusiast cars.
- Learning advanced detailing techniques, with potential exposure to paint correction and ceramic coatings.
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Communicating professionally with customers.
- Taking care of company equipment and customer vehicles.
- Managing your time efficiently while maintaining quality.

Previous professional detailing experience is regarded but not essential. We’re willing to train someone with the right attitude, genuine interest and long-term ambition.

What We Offer

- $32.84/hour during supervised training, progressing to $33.84/hour for approved independent duties.
- Approximately 20 casual hours per week initially, with potential for increased hours as the business grows.
