/n PLEASE NOTE : This role is for a fixed term of 12 months. /n /n What you’ll do /n

/n /n

- Respond to customer enquiries about mobile and Unified Communications products by phone, email and approved digital channels.

/n

- Record and manage enquiries, incidents and requests in the service management system.

/n

- Use work instructions to identify issues, provide first-level support and escalate when needed.

/n





- Keep customers informed with clear, accurate and timely updates.

/n

- Maintain device, SIM and service records

/n /n

/n What you’ll bring /n

/n This role requires Baseline Security Clearance; NV1 clearance is preferred. /n We’re looking for someone who: /n

/n /n

- Has customer service experience supporting mobile phones, or from an IT service desk, contact centre, or a retail or a customer-focused setting.

/n

- Communicates clearly and enjoys helping people solve problems.

/n

- Is organised, dependable and comfortable learning new systems and processes.

/n

- Works well with others and takes ownership of tasks through to resolution.

/n

- Holds a Baseline security clearance. An NV1 security clearance is preferred.

/n /n

/n And helpful, but not essential /n

/n /n

- An ICT qualification or certification.

/n

- ITIL certification or a basic understanding of ITIL. /n /n
