About You

- Hold a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker;
- Strong customer service focus and self-motivated with the ability to liaise with our existing client database;
- Great telephone manner, with confidence to liaise with clients of all backgrounds and varying needs; and




- Capability and competency to support our clients with any finance needs or restructures.

Your Responsibilities

- Touching base with existing clients with a wide range of lending needs, including residential owner-occupied and investment loans;
- Discuss in detail client’s needs, either face-to-face or via video Appointments;
- Update database with clients’ current needs and provide tailored financial solutions to suit individual circumstances;
- Work with lenders to submit quality finance applications to secure the best possible outcomes; and
- Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
