Motel Manager – Full Time

We are seeking a reliable, motivated and hands-on Motel Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our motel in Euroa, Victoria.

This is a full time position offering an attractive salary together with free onsite accommodation, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced motel or hospitality professional looking for a stable, long-term position.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing guest enquiries, reservations, check-ins and check-outs
- Answering phone and online booking enquiries
- Managing and monitoring bookings across accommodation platforms
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest concerns
- Coordinating housekeeping and ensuring rooms meet cleanliness standards
- Supervising staff and organising daily duties
- Monitoring room availability and occupancy
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Managing motel supplies and stock levels
- Conducting regular property and room inspections




- Reporting maintenance issues and coordinating minor maintenance when required
- Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the property
- Providing regular operational updates to the owners

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, honest and well organised
- Friendly and professional with guests
- Confident using computers and accommodation booking systems
- Able to manage staff and work independently
- Hands-on and willing to assist with daily motel operations when required
- Experienced in motel, hotel, accommodation or hospitality management preferred

Accommodation: A private three-bedroom onsite residence is provided free of charge as part of the position.
