headspace Penrith Primary Care, operated by Uniting NSW.ACT, seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations and provide clinical and people leadership for recovery-oriented mental health services for young people.

Working with senior leadership, you will drive best-practice service delivery, oversee intake, referrals, workforce planning and rostering, and ensure funding and quality requirements are met while supporting staff development.
