Hays Manufacturing & Operations are proud to be partnering with a well-established manufacturer based in Westbury. With a strong reputation for producing high-quality products, our client is seeking a reliable and safety-focused MR Truck Driver / Process Worker to join their team on a full-time basis.

Your new role

This is a diverse, hands-on position offering a split between MR truck driving duties and factory-based process work with the production team.

Working

Monday to Friday on full-time hours, you will play a key role in both the distribution of products and the day-to-day manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities will include

- Local MR truck deliveries and pickups
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Operating production equipment
- General factory duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following quality and safety procedures at all times.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current MR Truck Licence
- Previous truck driving experience
- Experience within manufacturing, warehousing or production environments




- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to perform physically demanding work
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- A forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
