We are currently hiring experienced infrastructure engineering professionals to join our growing team across a range of Wintel engineering, systems administration and senior infrastructure engineering positions across our Defence and National Intelligence agency clients.

Current opportunities may include

Wintel Infrastructure Engineer – Implementation, configuration, administration and support of Windows-based infrastructure and enterprise systems, including the application of security controls, development of standard operating procedures, and remediation activities to strengthen infrastructure security.

Senior System Administrator Infrastructure Engineer – Senior-level administration, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of enterprise infrastructure, including virtualised and cloud environments. Supporting secure and reliable system operations, infrastructure deployment, technical problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Senior System Administrator Infrastructure Engineer – Delivery of senior systems administration and infrastructure engineering activities, including the management and optimisation of enterprise systems, implementation of security measures, and support for infrastructure reliability, performance and operational requirements.

Senior System Engineer Infrastructure Engineer – Engineering and support of complex infrastructure environments, including the deployment,



integration and administration of systems across on-premises, virtualised and cloud platforms. Contributing to technical design, infrastructure security, troubleshooting and the delivery of secure and reliable solutions.

About You

We are interested in hearing from candidates with a demonstrated ability to operate effectively within complex technical and project environments.

You may have

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology, computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in Wintel engineering, systems administration or infrastructure engineering within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, system configuration, administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing and supporting physical, virtualised, network or cloud infrastructure.
- Experience implementing security controls, system hardening and remediation activities to improve infrastructure security.
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, performance optimisation, incident resolution and operational support.
- Experience developing standard operating procedures, technical documentation and implementation guidance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to investigate technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- The ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams and work effectively with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
- An understanding of security requirements, technical standards, configuration management and processes relevant to Australian Government environments.
- For senior positions, demonstrated experience providing technical leadership, resolving complex technical issues, guiding engineering activities and supporting infrastructure delivery priorities.
- Candidates must hold the security clearance specified for the relevant opportunity at the time of application be able to maintain the required clearance.
- Where the role requires Negative Vetting Level 2 (NV2) or Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV), candidates must hold the applicable current clearance at the time of application. Candidates who do not hold the required clearance are not eligible for consideration.
