You will provide attentive care in a workplace setting, ensuring the children's safety, comfort and wellbeing throughout the day.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting daily routines, including meals, rest, toileting and personal care.
- Planning age-appropriate play and activities that encourage learning, development and curiosity.
- Keeping the children engaged while meeting their individual needs.
- Maintaining a clean, secure and organised care environment.
- Communicating with the parents about the children's day, routines and needs.
- Transporting children to and from school and extracurricular activities.
About you
- Experience in at least three previous full-time nanny roles caring for young children over extended periods.
- Place the highest priority on children's safety and wellbeing.
- Be nurturing, attentive and responsive to each child's needs.
- Enjoy engaging with children and supporting their development.
- Be reliable, punctual and flexible with working hours.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and initiative.
- Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, considerate manner.
- Be a non-smoker.
- Current driver's licence, Working with Children Check, first aid and CPR certification relevant to young children, and contactable references from previous nanny roles are required.
