National Business Development Manager – Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

Medical Devices | Queensland-based | National Responsibility An exciting opportunity is available for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of a Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) portfolio within a leading global medical technology business.

This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to someone looking to move beyond traditional territory sales and take greater ownership of business development, customer acquisition and commercial strategy across Australia.

The Chance

- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic customer conversions.
- Build relationships with key clinicians, pain specialists, hospital groups and healthcare decision-makers.
- Partner with sales, marketing and leadership teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Support strategic account planning, tenders, negotiations and market development.
- Contribute to business planning and growth initiatives with exposure to senior leadership.

About You

- Proven experience in medical device sales and/or business development.
- Strong commercial acumen,



strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- A track record of identifying opportunities and winning new business.
- Confidence engaging and influencing clinical, commercial and executive stakeholders.
- A proactive, ambitious and results-driven approach.

Experience in pain management, neuromodulation, spinal cord stimulation, interventional pain or orthopaedics will be highly regarded. Understanding healthcare reimbursement, rebates and hospital procurement will be advantageous.

The Details

- Location: Queensland-based, with national responsibility
- Travel: Approximately 30–40%, including interstate travel and occasional extended periods away
- Base salary: $130,000–$150,000
- Car allowance: $17,000 + fuel
- Bonus: $30,000
