The Opportunity The National Property Manager will be instrumental in delivering that strategy and ensuring the portfolio continues to support the business's long-term growth objectives through asset and property management, portfolio planning, acquisitions, divestments and strategic network optimisation.

Supported by an experienced team, you will influence key property decisions, drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the future direction of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and implement the national property strategy
- Manage property, asset and portfolio management activities
- Assess acquisitions, divestments and investment opportunities
- Provide strategic recommendations on lease renewals and option exercises
- Manage tenant recoveries and lease performance




- Lead portfolio optimisation and network rationalisation projects
- Manage external agents, consultants and property service providers
- Coordinate legal relationships and property transactions

About You The ideal candidate will be someone who values long-term commitment, enjoys working with practical stakeholders, and is motivated by making a genuine impact rather than climbing the corporate ladder. To be successful in this role, we require the following:

- Senior property management experience managing an industrial portfolio for an owner
- Strong understanding of portfolio strategy and lease management
- Experience with acquisitions, disposals and portfolio optimisation
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- High levels of integrity, accountability and professionalism
