Our client, Kinvia is an Australian owned company that builds secure, accessible platforms that help older Australians and people living with disability stay connected, independent and confident through innovative technology.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recent Business Sales Executive to help expand the reach of their market-leading solutions, CareWindow and Konnekt. As part of the growing Adelaide-based team, you'll have the opportunity to represent products that deliver genuine social impact while contributing directly to the company's continued success.

This is a hands-on business development role responsible for generating new clients and growing recurring revenue across aged care, disability, retirement living and healthcare markets. You'll work with organisations and referral partners to identify opportunities, demonstrate solutions, prepare proposals and convert leads into long-term customers. From the first conversation through to closing the deal, you'll take ownership of the entire sales process.





You are a self-motivated and relationship-focussed sales professional who thrives on building connections, uncovering opportunities and delivering results. With a consultative approach, excellent presentation, proposal writing and negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen, you enjoy helping customers find solutions that create genuine value and make a positive difference.

You'll work alongside passionate, supportive colleagues, enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to build your own pipeline and be rewarded for your success through a competitive base salary of $85,000 plus superannuation and an attractive commission structure.

Experience within aged care, disability services, healthcare, assistive technology or retirement living will be highly regarded.
