About the role

You'll guide prospective clients from their initial enquiry through to signing, providing clear advice, timely communication and consistent follow-up.

Key responsibilities

- Managing new enquiries and nurturing existing opportunities through HubSpot CRM
- Understanding each client's home requirements, budget and priorities
- Identifying suitable options across our builder network
- Generating leads through proactive networking and prospecting
- Converting enquiries into sales and achieving monthly sales targets
- Building lasting relationships with land development and real estate partners

About you

- Two to five years of sales experience
- Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to tailor your approach to different clients and their needs
- The initiative to work independently and the willingness to contribute to a team
- A friendly, respectful and professional manner
- Experience in home building or construction,
