We are seeking three experienced Senior Civil Project Engineers to join a growing project delivery team in Western Australia. These roles offer the opportunity to lead complex civil works, work closely with clients and contractors, and influence safety, quality, cost and schedule outcomes from planning through to completion.

The Opportunities

1. Senior Civil Project Engineer – General Civil

Based in Perth, this role will support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects. You will coordinate design and construction activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, resolve technical issues, and maintain strong project controls across safety, quality, cost and program. · Lead day-to-day engineering and construction coordination for civil works.

· Review drawings, specifications, methodologies and technical submissions.

· Manage RFIs, procurement, forecasting, progress claims and project reporting.

· Build effective relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.

2. Senior Civil Project Engineer – Structures

This Perth-based position will take a lead role in the delivery of structural packages across civil and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will bring strong technical judgement and practical construction experience across reinforced concrete, steelwork and associated temporary works. · Coordinate structural design, constructability reviews and site delivery.

· Oversee concrete, reinforcement, formwork, structural steel and temporary works activities.

· Manage technical queries, inspections, hold points and quality documentation.

· Work with designers and construction teams to achieve safe, buildable and compliant outcomes.

3. Senior Civil Project Engineer – FIFO Bulk Earthworks





Working FIFO from Perth to mining sites across Western Australia, you will lead the delivery of major bulk earthworks packages in remote operating environments. This role requires strong field leadership, disciplined project controls and proven experience managing high-volume earthmoving activities. · Plan and coordinate clearing, topsoil, cut-to-fill, haulage, compaction and rehabilitation works.

· Manage crews, subcontractors, plant utilisation, survey interfaces and daily production targets.

· Monitor quantities, costs, productivity, quality and schedule performance.

· Champion protected execution and effective risk management in remote mining environments.

About You

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. · Substantial project engineering experience in civil construction, infrastructure or resources.

· Demonstrated ability to manage safety, quality, cost, schedule and stakeholder requirements.

· Solid knowledge of construction documentation, project controls and contract administration.

· Clear communication, sound commercial judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

· Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence.

· For the FIFO role: willingness to work a site roster and meet applicable site-entry requirements.
