About the role

Regents Motor Group is looking for a dynamic, career-focused New Car Manager to join the team. You will lead and motivate a top-performing new car sales team at Australia's No.1-selling retail Isuzu dealer , deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive inventory strategy, pricing, and promotional activity for Isuzu models.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a top-performing new car sales team to smash targets
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to delivery
- Drive inventory strategy, pricing, and promotional activity for Isuzu models
- Build strong relationships with OEM partners and crossover with Aftersales
- Analyse sales data, forecast demand and optimise showroom performance
- Coach, mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential

About you





- Proven track record in new car sales management (dealer experience a must)
- Natural leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-focused, organised and comfortable with targets and KPIs
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Current Motor Vehicle Sales licence

- Current Australian driver's licence
