There are no customers to deal with, no cold calling, no sales targets and no expectation that you spend your day talking to people.

You'll be working behind the scenes, as part of a small team, looking after plants and completing the processes that keep our nursery operating efficiently.

If you prefer practical work, clear instructions and achievable goals, you may really enjoy this role.

What you'll be doing:

Your day will involve working through a range of straightforward nursery tasks, including:

Plant preparation, Watering and plant care

Moving and positioning plants

Preparing plants for production and dispatch

Cleaning and maintaining work areas

Following established processes and procedures

Completing daily production targets The work is hands-on but not overly physical as we deal with seedlings, and you'll be able to see what you've achieved at the end of each day.

You'll work within a small team, have clear jobs to complete and be able to work through those jobs at a steady and productive pace. There is something satisfying about starting the day with a list of jobs and finishing the day knowing you've achieved them.

Experience - Previous experience in a nursery, horticulture, agriculture, manufacturing or production environment would be helpful, but is not essential as we'll teach you our processes.
