• Fix support services across enterprise infrastructure environments. This freelance, on-call role requires a highly skilled professional who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, network, and infrastructure-related incidents efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. /n /n The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Nutanix and networking technologies, hold a valid CCNA certification, and demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n Provide onsite and remote Break &

• Fix support for networking and infrastructure-related incidents. /n /n Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism). /n /n Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities. /n /n Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, virtualization, and network issues. /n /n Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems involving TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies. /n /n Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions. /n /n Respond to critical incidents and service requests within agreed response times. /n /n Collaborate with global and regional teams on infrastructure and cloud-related projects.



/n /n Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident reports, and service records. /n /n Ensure professional interaction with end users, stakeholders, and customers at all times. /n /n Required Skills &

Experience /n /n Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, or IT support engineering. /n /n Robust hands-on experience with the Nutanix ecosystem (AOS, AHV, Prism). /n /n Experience supporting VMware and/or Hyper-V environments. /n /n Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching. /n /n Proven experience providing Break &
