About us

We are a family-owned and operated care provider that has grown from a small local team in 2019 to more than 250 people across the Hunter and Sydney regions. Today, we support over 2,500 people through the NDIS, Commonwealth Home Support and Support at Home programs, while keeping the practical, down-to-earth approach we started with.

Range $100-105k + Super | Above Award | Weekly KPI Reduced Per Clinical Supervisee

About the role

All of the above plus

Provide OT clinicians with regular supervision

Facilitate group, peer-led clinical education sessions

Successful Candidates Will Have

Robust and extensive xperience as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration

Experience in Community, Rehab, Private Practice, or Hospital settings

Experience in the following assessment types is desirable: Activities of Daily Living (ADL), Functional Capacity/Mobility Assessments (e.g. DEMMI, TUG),



Disability and Functioning Assessments (e.g. WHODAS), Low Vision Assessments, Home Modifications and Environmental Assessments, and Assistive Technology/Equipment Prescription

Experience delivering services to a wide range of clientele

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Demonstrated experience to clinically supervise, mentor and support clinicians
