InOne Healthcare is seeking motivated and enthusiastic community Occupational Therapist to join our growing and supportive team. We provide community services services across Adelade, Melbourne, Queensland and New South Wales, helping participants improve and maintain their independence.

What you’ll do:

- Deliver high-quality, in home aged care assessments.
- Complete comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and provide evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, PTs, and other allied health professionals.
- Support participants in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life.

About you:

- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in Aged Care or NDIS preferred.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to client-centred care.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented team.

Job Type: Contract Pay: $130.00 – $160.00 per hour
