Metropolitan Occupational Therapy is an independent therapy service based in the South-East suburbs of Melbourne.
Please apply only if you live in Melbourne, have your own vehicle and are willing to see clients in the South-East of Melbourne. Availability for face-to-face assessments is a requirement.
Caseloads and associated funding streams will primarily be NDIS and can be tailored to align with your professional interests and expertise.
This position is ideal for someone who has worked in a community health or rehab/hospital setting and would like to branch out to private practice. It is also ideal for those who are seeking an alternative to returning to work following maternity leave. It would also be ideal for someone who would like to work at their own pace and possibly slow down from the full-time 9-5 hustle.
This is not a KPI driven role.
I will work within your capabilities and the caseload you are comfortable working with.
If you are looking for a rapid-paced role with a full caseload from the outset, this may not be the right opportunity for you. However, if you are looking to build a caseload that fits around your lifestyle, availability and preferred workload, this role will be a great fit.
