We're looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team and help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

At Cogency , we help clients make complex projects simpler. Working across renewable energy, sustainable development, clean technology and the circular economy, we're passionate about creating positive outcomes for communities, the climate and the environment.

This is a varied and hands-on role that will support the day-to-day operation of the business. You'll work closely with our Directors and team to coordinate administration, office management, finance support and people-related activities, helping ensure our consultants can focus on delivering great outcomes for clients.

As a small, growing consultancy, this role offers genuine variety and the chance to contribute across many aspects of the business.

As part of the RSK Group , you'll contribute to a close-knit, purpose-led consultancy while benefiting from the backing, resources, and opportunities that come with being part of a larger international organisation.

Your role

You will

- Coordinate day-to-day business administration and monitor the office inbox
- Coordinate meetings, calendars and general business administration activities
- Update project and proposal information within business systems
- Coordinate NDAs and other business documentation
- Maintain project, proposal and business registers
- Maintain electronic filing systems, templates and business records
- Follow up actions, deadlines and information requests




- Support timesheet administration, invoice coordination, debtor follow-up and reporting activities
- Assist with purchasing and general finance administration activities
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and team logistics
- Organise team meetings, seminars, Lunch & Learns and social events
- Manage office supplies, purchasing activities, facilities and supplier relationships
- Prepare employment agreements and support onboarding activities
- Maintain employee records and support people administration activities
- Coordinate training and compliance administration
- Assist with website content updates and business communications as required
- Support internal communications and general administrative activities across the business

What we're looking for

You are

- An experienced administrator, office coordinator or business support professional with experience working across multiple administration functions
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently
- Someone who takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning current systems
- Professional, approachable and service-oriented
- Values-driven and motivated by contributing to positive environmental and community outcomes
- Excited to be part of a collaborative, purpose-led and growing consultancy
