Office Sales & Customer Service Consultant – Join Our Growing Team!

We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales & Customer Service Consultant to join our growing Northern Beaches team. With a steady flow of inbound leads, great earning potential and performance incentives, this is an opportunity to put your sales skills to work and be rewarded for your results.

About the role A Sales Consultant role in the removalist industry based on the Northern Beaches. You will convert inbound enquiries into confirmed jobs in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll be speaking with customers, understanding their moving needs, preparing quotes and following up with warm leads to secure the booking.

This is a Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm position.

Key responsibilities

- Handle incoming phone, email, and web enquiries
- Provide quotes and information clearly and professionally
- Follow up warm leads and secure bookings
- Build great rapport with customers and ensure their needs are met
- Help streamline and improve booking and customer service processes

About you

- Excellent spoken and written English




- Strong phone manner and confidence in sales conversations
- A customer-first attitude with a drive to close the deal
- Experience in sales, admin or customer service (removals, trades, or services ideal)
- Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
- A friendly and motivated team player
