This is an excellent opportunity for Procurement and supply professionals looking for a stable Monday to Friday Roster within a fast-paced mining environment. What's on Offer?

About the RoleWorking within the site supply team, you will play a key role in ensuring critical materials, consumables and services are procured and delivered to support ongoing mining operations Key Responsibilities

Raise and manage purchase orders

Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Resolve order and delivery discrepancies

Expedite urgent and critical orders

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management





Conduct stock takes and inventory checks as required

Maintain accurate purchasing records within the ERP system

Assist with consumables and reagent stock monitoring

Provide support for over-the-counter stock requests when required

About You To be successful in This role, you will have:

Previous experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain roles

Experience within mining, heavy industry, manufacturing or a similar setting highly regarded

Experience using Pronto or another ERP system

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to safe work practices

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

Current residence in Mount Isa or Cloncurry
