Hiring a full time, completely remote online specialist fitness coach.

This is one of the only roles in the fitness industry that is actually full time coaching.

You don't need to:

- Do any marketing or posting

- No sales outreach
- No acquiring leads or clients

You get to focus 100% of your time to the thing you are the best at, coaching clients and changing lives.

Benefits:

- Completely remote, work from anywhere in the world

Australian work rights are required for this position.
- Full time, reliable and consistent income
- Being in a competitive team who wants to grow and push each other, instead of alone all day
- Constant development as a coach and a leader
- MASSIVE growth opportunity. Leadership positions, specialist roles, etc. There is no glass ceilings in this company and there never will be.

A few requirements though:

- You're competitive and want to grow, not a "clock in clock out bare minimum" type of person
- You're an incredible coach. We don't coach beginnners, we coach advanced clients and athletes. We have and do coach gold medalist olympians and other coaches/pts. You need to be confident doing the same.

Experience coaching any non-beginner level clients is essential for this role.
- We specialise in hormone and metabolic rebuilds. You need to be confident taking clients through maintenance phases and understanding their body better than they do.

We don't care about experience, only skill and a outstanding culture fit. If you think you're that person, apply and complete every step in this application:
