Operational Training Lead (Health Manager Level 3)

Join the Team
As an Operational Training Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of learning that supports a variety of programs, including a major workforce system transformation and AI Capability uplift. Reporting through to the Training Lead who you’ll work closely with, you will oversee a stream of work responsible for the delivery of engaging training that builds confidence and capability across NSW Health.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and work collaboratively with Training Consultants, providing oversight and direction to ensure high-quality, effective training delivery.
- Lead the planning, design and delivery of training initiatives.
- Create engaging learning experiences across a broad range of methods including facilitated training, eLearning, video and digital formats.
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, learning content and delivery to support successful implementation.
- Build collaborative relationships and influence diverse stakeholders to achieve program and business outcomes.
- Lead and support Training Consultants, overseeing delivery, priorities and continuous improvement.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Extensive experience in adult learning and development within a large, complex organisation, supported by a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Robust experience in technical or systems training, ideally within a large-scale ICT or transformation environment.
- Proven ability to operationally manage content curation, learning design, delivery and evaluation of learning experiences and solutions.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
