Stevemacs Bulk Fuel Haulage is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at our Forrestfield depot.

The Operations Administrator will provide support to the Scheduling Team in day-to-day transport administration tasks related to bulk fuel distribution across Western Australia.

This role is a fast-paced role and perfect for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in high safety and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Trip Processing: Reconcile and process driver trip paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fleet Coordination: Assist with monitoring and maintaining compliance records to keep our fleet safe and on the road.
- Driver Compliance: Planning and monitoring of driver site inductions and other compliance tasks.
- Data & Reporting: Perform accurate data entry checks across multiple systems to capture revenue and costs.
- Client Liaison: Respond to customer inquiries and document requests in a timely manner.
- General Admin: Maintain digital filing systems and manage general document control.

About You:





- Industry Experience: Proven experience in a transport & logistics environment, preferably with exposure to fuel haulage or dangerous goods.
- Compliance Focused: An understanding of transport regulations, including Chain Of Responsibility and Heavy Vehicle Accreditation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with drivers, management and clients.
- Safety Mindset: A commitment to the high safety and fatigue management standards central to our operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Robust skills in MS Office and confident learning current industry-specific software.
