You understand the delicate balance between brand consistency, profitability, and franchisee coaching. You embrace automation, AI tools, POS ecosystems, delivery aggregator management, and data analytics to optimise store efficiency and sales. You are obsessed with unit-level economics, YOY sales growth, customer retention, and brand expansion.

Key responsibilities

- Partner with franchisee owners to boost unit profitability, optimise COGS, and hit top-line sales targets

- Drive adoption of internal tech platforms, AI operational tools, digital ordering systems, and delivery channel optimisations across all brands

- Ensure the signature vibe, product quality, and customer service of Piccolo Me, Sol Bowl, and Go Dark are flawlessly executed across every venue

- Lead operational rollouts for new sites, virtual concepts, product innovations, and marketing campaigns

- Maintain exceptional customer engagement channels and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across the franchise network

About you
