A product people buy is one thing. A brand they build a community around is something else. ETISK is partnering with an Australian founder-led consumer brand with a passionate international following. Its products bring people together, spark conversation and become part of how they spend their time.

Think a cult following, an expanding world of products and merchandise, and customers who actively introduce other people to the brand. With that comes a bigger operational challenge. More markets, more orders and more moving parts. The business needs an experienced operator to bring structure to its global fulfilment and supply chain, while keeping everything moving day to day.

The opportunity The foundations are already there: established manufacturing partners, international freight, regional fulfilment providers and sales through D2C ecommerce, wholesale and distributors.

Now the systems and processes need to catch up.

You’ll join on an initial six-month contract to understand what’s working, fix what isn’t and leave the business in a stronger position (or stay if that makes sense!).

You’ll have scope to shape how the operation runs, alongside responsibility for making sure products reach customers and partners. It’s a small team, so expect to be close to the detail. You’ll work with a dedicated customer service colleague and external partners across several markets.

What you’ll get stuck into

- Own the flow of physical products from manufacturing through to fulfilment across international markets.
- Improve stock visibility, forecasting and replenishment so decisions are based on reliable information.




- Help select and implement an inventory management system that connects with Shopify and fulfilment partners.
- Simplify manual order handling, particularly across wholesale and distributor channels.
- Keep 3PLs and freight partners accountable for service, accuracy and cost.
- Put transparent processes and documentation in place so the operation relies less on individual knowledge.
- Help define the team, responsibilities and ways of working the business will need next.

Who this will suit You’ve run operations, fulfilment or supply chain within a D2C or consumer products business. You understand the realities of physical stock, international 3PLs, ecommerce orders and wholesale relationships.

Crucially, you’ve improved things yourself. Implemented a system. Untangled a stock problem. Replaced a spreadsheet workaround with a process people actually use.

Experience in a lean, founder-led business will help. You’ll need enough experience to see the bigger picture and enough appetite to get involved in the everyday work.

Your product category matters less than your ability to make a growing consumer business run better.

There’s a clear piece of work to deliver, with the potential to stay permanently as the business develops. Equally, this could suit an experienced operator who enjoys coming in, making meaningful improvements and handing over an operation that’s ready for its next chapter.
