About the role The GGQ Mental Health and Wellbeing Local supports adults and older adults in Greater Geelong and the Borough of Queenscliffe. It is delivered by a consortium of equal partners: Barwon Health, Wathaurong Aboriginal Cooperative, Wellways Australia and ermha365. The service is built on positivity, hope and inclusion. Whether people reach out online, through the contact centre or in person, every first conversation begins with the same question: "Welcome, how can we help?" You'll provide strategic and professional leadership to a multidisciplinary team, drive the ongoing development of the service model, and work alongside consortium partners, MHDAS leadership and the Local Service Governance Group. Your goal will be integrated, holistic and recovery-oriented care that improves outcomes for consumers, carers and the wider community.
