$135,000 base super | Car allowance | Half-price meals Take the operation to the next level A well-loved Melbourne hospitality brand is looking for an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day across its network of rrestaurants. You’ll work directly with the founders, and your impact on the brand will be real and visible.
What you’ll do
You’ll be out in the stores, working with the teams, keeping standards high and consistent across the brand. You’ll be the go-to person for restaurants on operations, suppliers and financials, and you’ll visit every Melbourne restaurant each month.
You’ll also have the chance to shape how the business runs: reviewing processes, introducing better systems, looking after menu costing and engineering, delivery platforms and the POS, and negotiating with suppliers.
As the business grows,
you’ll help open new restaurants and take on new opportunities. You’ll also lead the operations support team.
What you’ll bring
This is a senior role, not an entry-level one, so you’ll need to be an established Operations Manager with significant experience in a multi-venue and/or QSR environment.
You’ll be practical, approachable and confident holding people to agreed standards. Experience opening recent restaurants is highly regarded as is experience in a franchise model.
If you love being in the thick of it and want to be part of a brand people are passionate about, get in touch.
For a confidential discussion, contact Kylie Eadie on 0420 96 95 95.
