To fuel our next expansion phase, we’re looking for a high-octane Operations Manager who knows how to hustle, lead franchise partners, and master the evolving digital landscape.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced multi-site operator who thrives in high-growth environments. You get that modern hospitality isn't just about smooth shift runs and brand standards—it’s about data-driven decisions, seamless tech integration, customer connectivity, and rapid execution.

- You Have the Hustle: You are hands-on, proactive, and resilient. You don’t wait for solutions—you build them.
- You Know Franchising: You understand the delicate balance between brand consistency, profitability, and franchisee coaching.
- You Speak Tech & AI: You embrace automation, AI tools, POS ecosystems, delivery aggregator management, and data analytics to optimise store efficiency and sales.
- You Know Great Coffee & Food: Coffee background is a huge plus—you respect the craft and understand high-volume speed without sacrificing quality.
- You're a Growth Driver: You are obsessed with unit-level economics, YOY sales growth, customer retention, and brand expansion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Franchise Leadership & Performance:



Partner with franchisee owners to boost unit profitability, optimise COGS, and hit top-line sales targets.
- Tech & Digital Integration: Drive adoption of internal tech platforms, AI operational tools, digital ordering systems, and delivery channel optimisations across all brands.
- Brand Standards & Consistency: Ensure the signature vibe, product quality, and customer service of Piccolo Me, Sol Bowl, and Go Dark are flawlessly executed across every venue.
- Strategic Growth & Launch Execution: Lead operational rollouts for new sites, virtual concepts, product innovations, and marketing campaigns.
- Customer Experience & Relationship Management: Maintain exceptional customer engagement channels and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across our franchise network.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

Experience

- Multi-site franchising: 1 year (Preferred)
- Multi-unit franchising: 3 years (Preferred)
- Coffee / Cafe: 2 years (Preferred)
