About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring safety, service, productivity and quality standards are consistently achieved. You will work closely with frontline employees, customers and site leadership to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational goals
- Foster a positive team culture built on accountability, engagement and collaboration
- Monitor daily performance, productivity and customer service metrics
- Analyse operational data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Make informed decisions based on data, facts and business requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, productivity and quality
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions and performance discussions




- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, company policies and operational procedures
- Manage labour allocation and workforce planning to meet operational demands
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, 3PL logistics operations leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Strong people leadership and team-building skills
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on operational data
- Experience using KPIs, reporting and performance metrics to drive results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
