We are currently seeking experienced Civil Operators to join our team on an exciting project in Outback South Australia.

With immediate starts available, this is a great opportunity for skilled operators looking for ongoing work, a consistent roster and excellent site-based conditions.

About the Role

You will be operating heavy civil earthmoving equipment as part of a qualified site team. We are seeking operators with experience on one or more of the following:

- Rollers
- Loaders
- Excavators
- HR/HC Licences required

The role offers a 2 weeks on / 1 week off DIDO roster, with 10-hour shifts and full camp accommodation provided.

About You To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Road construction experience
- Demonstrated experience operating civil earthmoving equipment
- Experience with rollers, loaders and/or excavators
- A strong commitment to safety and site procedures
- The ability to work effectively within a team
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Relevant tickets/licences and construction experience
