WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Planning, building and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
- Managing budgets and monitoring key metrics including CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
- Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance through testing and optimisation.
- Working closely with creative, content and account teams to develop effective campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Experience in paid media, performance marketing or digital acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- A strong understanding of campaign optimisation, analytics and reporting.
- A curious,



data-driven mindset and a genuine interest in what drives results.
- Agency experience is welcome, as is in-house experience managing paid campaigns for a brand.
