SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER | RESIDENTIAL DIVISION

? Sunshine Coast, QLD

? Attractive senior-level package + company vehicle

Some career opportunities offer you another job. Others give you the chance to build something.

We’re now searching for an experienced leader to take ownership of our residential division and help shape its next chapter.

This is an opportunity for someone who’s ready for more than simply managing jobs.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence how the division operates, develop your people and drive the performance of a growing business.

You’ll be responsible for

- Leading residential project delivery from commencement to handover.
- Managing labour, scheduling, budgets and profitability.
- Developing high-performing Leading Hands and site teams.
- Building strong relationships with clients and builders.
- Driving operational improvements, quality and accountability.

THE PERSON WE WANT TO MEET You may already be a successful Project Manager, Construction Supervisor or experienced trade-services leader.

You understand that great leadership is about more than managing people. It’s about creating structure, building trust and consistently delivering results.

You’re commercially aware, confident in your decisions and capable of leading multiple projects without losing sight of the details.

Most importantly, you want the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the business you work for.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

✓ Attractive remuneration reflecting your experience and capability

✓ Company vehicle and fuel

✓ An established workforce and consistent project pipeline

✓ Genuine ownership and influence over divisional performance

✓ Direct access to the business owner and leadership team

✓ Opportunity to grow your career alongside an ambitious company

YOUR NEXT MOVE

You might not be actively looking for another job.

But if you’ve reached a point where you’re ready for greater responsibility, more influence and an opportunity to build something meaningful, we’d like to talk.

We’re not looking to fill a seat. We’re looking for the right leader.

All enquiries will be treated confidentially.
