Painter Wanted – Join the Lady Tradies Crew in South East Queensland!

Why Work With Us

At Lady Tradies, we’re not just slapping on paint – we’re building a team of employees that support each other, take pride in outstanding work, and have a laugh along the way.

We’re known for our insurance work, repaints, and the odd reno, and we’ve got plenty of jobs rolling in. We care about doing things properly, working with good people, and keeping our workdays positive and drama-free.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable painter to become a valued employee on our team. This is not contract work – we’re offering you a permanent position with all the benefits that come with being part of our company.

You’ll fit right in if you:

- Know your way around a brush and roller (and aren’t afraid of a challenge)
- Have a good attitude and a solid work ethic
- Are happy working solo or with the crew

- Have a White Card and driver’s license (manual, preferable but not essential)
- Are ready to start soon

What You’ll Get From Us

- Above award pay (because you’re worth it)
- Company ute for the right person
- A supportive, women-led team that’s got your back
- A flexible, easy-going work environment
- Room to grow as we expand
- And a crew that loves what we do – and has fun doing it!

You must be living in southeast Queensland and have the right to work in Australia to apply.

Sound Like a Good Fit?

If you’re ready for a change, want to feel part of something solid, and reckon you’d enjoy working with a great bunch of tradies, we’d love to hear from you!
