The Firm:

Thomas Martin Lawyers is a boutique strata specialist law firm based in Hurstville, providing legal services in the areas of strata, building defects, property and commercial law. Our organisation is focused on providing quality, client-based solutions and building quality relationships with our clients.

The Role:

We are currently looking for a motivated part-time (2 days per week, with potential for 3 days) paralegal to join our Team. The position is dynamic and allows you to work in a supportive team environment. This role is flexible around university commitments.

Key Duties In this role, your daily duties may include:

- Supporting our senior lawyers

- Drafting general correspondence
- Adminstrative tasks including opening files and preparing cost agreements
- Reviewing cases and articles and preparing summaries

- Legal research and precedents
- Assist with litigation matters including compiling evidence,



court books and briefs

About you: The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:

- A law student commencing their penultimate year in 2027
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn, positive approach and solid initiative
- Intermediate skills in the MS Office Suite
