About You To be successful in this role, you will:

· Have experience in succession law matters, including estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation, and a genuine interest in continuing to develop your expertise in wills and estates law;

· Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment;

· Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills;

· Be committed to delivering excellent client service; and

· Be available to work full-time from our Brisbane CBD office.

The Role





This is an exciting opportunity to work on both straightforward and complex matters, assisting experienced estate Lawyers. You'll benefit from:

What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

- 3+ years' experience as a Paralegal within a wills and estates practice;
- experience assisting Lawyers with the preparation of court documents and briefs to Counsel;
- experience in estate administration matters and drafting estate planning documents;
- strong organisational skills and the ability to assist Lawyers with trial preparation;
- a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- excellent attention to detail and solid written and verbal communication skills;
- a willingness to learn and support others;
- confidence in following policies and procedures; and
- a professional and pleasant telephone manner.
