About the Prospect

This is an exciting opportunity to join Urbis' Brand & Clients team and help elevate our market presence, industry influence and thought leadership profile.

As a Partnerships Consultant, you'll support strategic partnerships, sponsorships, memberships and thought leadership initiatives that connect Urbis with the organisations, conversations and ideas shaping Australia's cities and communities. Working across the business and with external partners, you'll help bring campaigns, events and industry engagement opportunities to life while building valuable relationships and growing your career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the management of Urbis' partnerships, sponsorships and memberships portfolio, maintaining accurate records, databases and activation plans.
- Coordinate speaking opportunities, events, committee participation and industry engagement activities.




- Assist with the delivery of thought leadership campaigns and partnership activations across digital, social and event channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies, professional associations and external partners.
- Support internal stakeholders to maximise the value of memberships, sponsorships and partnerships.
- Monitor performance, maintain reporting and contribute insights and recommendations for future opportunities.
- Manage project activity and workflows through relevant systems, including Monday.com.
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive workplace in line with WHS policies and procedures.

About You We're looking for a proactive and organised professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating projects and supporting strategic initiatives.

You'll bring

- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, public relations or a related discipline.
- At least two years' experience in a partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement, business development or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience maintaining databases, records and reporting activities.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a professional services, consulting or B2B environment will be highly regarded.
- An interest in emerging technologies, including AI and Microsoft Copilot.
