About the job

This is a varied role combining parts coordination, customer service and branch administration. You’ll help keep the Parts Department running efficiently while providing practical administrative support across the dealership, making sure customers and the wider team have what they need, when they need it.

- Manage day-to-day parts activity, including orders, stock transfers, distribution and workshop requirements.
- Identify sales opportunities and assist customers with parts availability, pricing and product enquiries.
- Maintain accurate stock control, including receipting, stocktakes and ensuring parts are correctly stored.
- Provide administration support across Parts, Service and Sales, including reception, invoicing, filing and general branch tasks.
- Build strong customer relationships, keeping customers informed and delivering responsive, helpful service.

About you

You’ll be an organised, practical and customer-focused person who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting the details right. You’ll be comfortable working independently, but equally happy contributing to a close-knit team and helping customers find the right solution.

- You have strong organisational skills and can confidently manage changing priorities and competing demands.
- You bring excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with orders, pricing, invoicing and stock.
- You’re customer focused and proactive, with the communication skills to build positive relationships and follow things through.




- You have good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn specialist parts interpreting and in-house systems.
- You have practical or mechanical aptitude, enabling you to understand machinery parts and effectively support customers and the workshop team.
