/n As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping identify the right parts and providing expert support to keep commercial vehicles on the road. /n Working closely with customers, suppliers and warehouse teams, you'll deliver outstanding service while contributing to the success of the branch. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements

/n

- Assist trade, fleet and workshop customers with parts enquiries

/n

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

/n

- Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities

/n

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

/n

- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders

/n

- Respond to stock availability and inventory enquiries

/n





- Support branch sales and customer service objectives

/n

- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service

/n Qualifications/n

/n

/n We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships and being part of a high-performing team. /n To be successful, you'll bring: /n /n

- Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries (highly regarded)

- Strong customer service and sales skills

/n

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

/n

- Good computer and administration skills

/n

- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment

/n

- Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles and transport

/n

- A current driver's licence

/n

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
