We are looking for a Pasta Chef to join our team in the heart of mordialloc!

We are a Italian woodfired pizza and pasta restaurant who pride ourselves on quality product and authentic Italian cuisine. We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team and join the pasta section. The role is wed, Thurs, Fri, sat, Sunday around 32hours a week But hours could increase closer to summer.

Pasta knowledge and cooking highly recommend.

We are looking for someone who:

- Can demonstrate experience in the pasta section (with cooking pastas to order in pan section)
- Is experienced in high volume, fast-paced working setting
- Is experienced in working solo and in a team.
- Has good knowledge and genuine interest in Italian cuisine
- Has a high standards for food and cleanliness
- some prep and fryer work
