We have an exciting opportunity for a full time pastry chef to join our team in Essendon.

This role will suit a passionate chef with availability to work from 30h/40h per week. We are happy to provide all necessary training, but experience in a similar environment will be advantageous.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Bake inclusions and make ripples
- Prepare gelato inserts for gelato cakes, assemble and decorate
- Prepare chocolate decorations
- Work closely with head chef and provide support and assistance to all daily operations.




- To maintain current HACCP and associated programs
- Able to work in a fast pace dynamic environment and maintain deadlines.

Qualifications & experience

- Previous experience (at least 2 years) working in a fast and dynamic environment.
- Great time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can add to our great team culture.

Pay: From $33.50 per hour
