Senior Payroll & HRIS Consultants | Perth | Contract & Permanent Enterprise payroll, award interpretation and HR systems specialists wanted Full Circle Partners works with leading Perth organisations across healthcare, government, resources, utilities and not-for-profit. Our clients run complex, multi-agreement payrolls, and they need senior people who can configure, stabilise, remediate and improve them.

We're building a shortlist of experienced Payroll Consultants , Payroll Systems Specialists and HRIS / HCM Functional Consultants for upcoming contract and permanent opportunities.

What we're looking for

- 8+ years in payroll or HR systems, with deep functional knowledge of at least one enterprise platform, such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors / EC Payroll, Ascender, Chris21, UKG, Workday, TechnologyOne, Kronos or similar.
- Hands-on award and enterprise agreement interpretation , ideally in large rostered or shift-based workforces.
- Experience with payroll remediation, reconciliations, back-pay calculations and parallel pay runs .
- Configuration,



testing and documentation across HR, payroll, time and attendance, leave and payroll-to-finance integration.
- Confidence working with payroll teams, HR, finance and IT, and the ability to explain complex issues plainly.
- Implementation, upgrade, support or transformation experience. Full-lifecycle delivery is highly regarded.
