An experienced Payroll Systems Transformation Consultant is required to support a large-scale review of payroll operations, systems utilisation and service delivery. This contract will play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing operational effectiveness and supporting future-state payroll transformation initiatives.

Description

- Analyse payroll support trends and recurring issues
- Assess current utilisation of UKG Pro and Chris21 functionality
- Review payroll processes, workflows and operating practices
- Conduct process reviews and gap analysis activities
- Evaluate governance and accountability frameworks
- Review operational effectiveness across payroll service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience
- Support future-state operating model recommendations
- Deliver findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders




- Contribute to payroll transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
