Make a meaningful difference in the lives of people experiencing mental health challenges by drawing on your own lived experience of recovery.
As a Peer Support Worker, you will provide individual and group-based recovery support, helping consumers build confidence, strengthen wellbeing, and actively engage in their treatment and recovery journey.
Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will empower people to take an active role in their care by sharing information about their rights, responsibilities, available services, and pathways through the mental health system. Through person-centred, recovery-focused support, you will foster hope, connection, and self-determination, helping individuals achieve the goals that matter most to them.
