Permanent Full-Time
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated People & Culture Lead to join our team at Apsley Riverview Aged Care Facility. The chosen candidate will be responsible for promoting our values and culture while motivating our strong and caring team. As a People & Culture Lead, you will play a vital part in ensuring compliance with relevant aged-care, employment, industrial relations, WHS, and local government legislative and regulatory requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, talent retention, succession planning, and organisational development.
- Advise managers on complex employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, workplace investigations, and change management.
- Drive training, leadership development, employee engagement, diversity, and wellbeing programs while monitoring workforce metrics for executive leadership.
- Participate in an after-hours remote on-call roster to manage scheduling contingencies and coordinate with clinical leadership for shift coverages.
- Manage workforce governance, audit readiness, skilled registrations, worker screening,
and alignment with regulatory standards such as the Aged Care Quality Standards.

What We Offer This is a Permanent full-time role at 76 hours per fortnight, starting at $1,512.00 (gross) per week + superannuation based on Administrative Grade 5 of the Local Government Aged, Disability and Home Care (State) Award 2018.
