2/1 Roster | Karratha / Burrup Peninsula | 3–4 Months+ Initial Work

Pantera Engineering Construction is building its team for upcoming SMP and piping works on the Perdaman Ceres Project located on the Burrup Peninsula.

We are looking for experienced personnel across the following positions:

Blue Collar

- Riggers
- Crane Operators
- Pipe Fitters
- Coded Welders

White Collar

- HSE Advisors
- QA/QC Engineers
- Planners
- Welding Inspectors
- Contracts Administrators

The initial scope provides approximately 3–4 months of piping and associated SMP construction work, with further opportunities available across Pantera's growing project pipeline for those who perform well. The roles will operate under the Perdaman Ceres Project Site Agreement, providing competitive project rates and conditions on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster.

For the trade positions, we are particularly interested in individuals with strong mechanical, piping and construction experience who are comfortable working in a high-performing site team.



Coded Welders will need relevant current qualifications/certifications, and Crane Operators/Riggers will require the appropriate High Risk Work Licences for their role.

For HSE and QA/QC positions, previous experience supporting major SMP, piping, mechanical or resources construction projects will be highly regarded.
