Family First Care is a community nursing and in-home care provider supporting veterans across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. We pay above award rates, pay you for travel between clients, and back our carers with a nursing team that is there when you need guidance.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable Personal Care Workers to join us. Casual positions are available, with immediate starts for the right people.

What you’ll do





- Support clients with personal care, including showering, dressing and grooming

- Provide medication prompting in line with each client’s care plan

- Notice and report changes in a client’s wellbeing

- Keep clear, accurate records of the care you provide

What you’ll need

- Experience in aged care, disability or community care

- First Aid and CPR (BLS), Manual Handling and Medication Assistance, or willingness to complete these before starting

- Commitment to keeping your mandatory competencies current

- Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle

- A caring, respectful and dependable approach, with positive communication and time management
