/n About the role /n /n As a valued member of our community aged care team, you’ll provide support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You’ll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care – and who will support you every step of the way. /n /n Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices.

These include: /n /n /n

- /n Domestic Assistance – Helping with household tasks to keep homes clean and comfortable. /n
- /n Personalised Support – Assisting clients to live positively, such as transport to appointments and general help at home. /n
- /n Social Engagement – Encouraging participation in activities and fostering meaningful connections /n /n /n This role is based in Metro Southwest Perth, and requires travel to clients homes, this will include areas such as Fremantle, Hamilton Hill, Treeby and Canning Vale. /n

/n What do we need from you? /n /n /n

- /n Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle /n




- /n Current First Aid & CPR /n
- /n Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) /n
- /n Police Check (valid within the last 3 years) /n
- /n Experience in care role highly regarded /n /n
