What You Will Do:

- Manage the day-to-day progression of client matters and legal documents
- Draft letters, court forms, subpoenas, and briefs with accuracy and care
- Communicate empathetically and professionally with clients, medical professionals, insurers, counsel, and other third parties
- Coordinate preparation for hearings, mediations, and conferences
- Track important deadlines including court dates and limitation periods
- Contribution to the promotion and development of existing and of new cases
- Help improve internal templates, precedents, and workflows

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal, preferably in personal injury, litigation, or related areas
- Strong writing skills and solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures relevant to the role
- Above average communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- A positive,



proactive attitude with emotional intelligence and sound judgment
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
